Rjukan Støp Building

The Norzetta team has identified a unique affordable option for colocation customers with two phases of build-out; a 2.5-MW first phase and subsequent expansion of 10MW. The site will have redundant fiber optic, water and a 2N electrical infrastructure. The facility will be 100% air cooled and features a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.06, one of the most efficient in modern history.

The phasing will have a base design of 100 – 500kW with an estimated 5kW to 20kW rack density. Flexible configurations will be available to allow for higher/lower server densities. Multiple configurations for the modules will be available to allow for N; N+1 and 2N configurations as the customer requirements demand.

Rjukan Næringspark Land Development

The Rjukan Næringspark is soon to be UNESCO World Heritage Site due to the same factors’ that made it the birthplace of energy intensive industry for Europe “… low prices, vast quantities of power, and proximity to international markets…”

The Rjukan Næringspark is the intelligent location for your data center:

Rjukan Bruflot Site

This site is fully zoned for 22,500 square meters of land and pre-approved for 13,000 square meters of building. A 68,000 square meter Mountain Hall is also approved. 150 MW of electric power is available at the site today. An additional 150 MW of power available capacity can be delivered if required in the future. The site also has 25,000 lpm water capacity for cooling.

Rjukan Mael Site

This site is 9,400 square meters of land and pre-approved for 5,600 square meters of building. A 23,000 square meter Mountain Hall is also approved. 5 MW of electric power is available at the site today. An additional (2x) 30 MW of power available capacity can be delivered if required in the future. The site also has 75,000 lpm water capacity for cooling.
